  • Teresa brought my vision to life when I messaged her and explained my situation. My brother in laws mum sadly passed away a few years ago and that meant she would never meet their baby boy born in June, I sent Teresa a picture that had most of the family in it and asked could she bring a new drawing to life that included my nephew and also my niece as an older child rather than a baby. Even to say it was perfect seems like an understatement. There was a feeling like no other when my brother in law saw the drawing, even a few tears were shed.   • Yes! All artwork can be shipped worldwide.

  • If you have purchased a painting, under the consumer protection act you have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. You will be refunded and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
    If you have requested a commissioned piece and decide you no longer want the artwork once it has been completed, you will not be refunded the deposit made.

  • The prices of artwork do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges you may face during the shipment process. For all international orders, please be aware that we are not liable for custom clearance fees in your country. We are also not responsible for holding times of packages in customs. T.Stark Art is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of custom duties & tax. Please keep an eye on your tracking number to make sure you are up to date with the delivery status of your parcel.

  • If the painting was an original then no. There may be prints available of the painting or other original paintings using similar colour scheme.

  • All artwork is packaged and posted within 7 days of placing the order. Any delays will be mentioned in an email or on the header of the website. If you have requested a commissioned drawing, please allow 3-4 weeks to be created and shipped out (if a month is fully booked for commission work you will be notified on any delays)
